Entry Requirements
The approved age for this qualification is 16 + and any learner that is also undertaking the optional unit Application of Physical Intervention Skills in the Private Security Industry must be aged 18 and over prior to delivery.
What You Will Learn
Topics covered within this qualification are how to prepare for spectator events. Dealing with crowd issues at events, managing and resolving conflicts. Dealing with incidents at spectator events, communicating and liaising with other team members and other emergency services. The legalities on refusal and ejection from the event.
How You Will Be Assessed
Learners will be assessed thought out the duration of the qualification. This will be done through creating a portfolio. This portfolio will show evidence of the knowledge and skills gained from the course.

Once completing this course, you will be fully prepared to take the next step by working in Event Security Operations, or learner could progress with continued learning at a higher education level such as Level 3 Certificate in Spectator Supervision (RQF).
