Who Is This Course For?
This course has been designed to help learners who are completing the Customer Service Specialist apprenticeship standard. This can also be used to assess the readiness for End Point Assessment. This covers a such things as the knowledge, skills, and behaviours of the standard. Providing a positive customer experience, the difference between ownership and responsibility, business knowledge and understanding.

How Long Is the Course?
The qualification is 250 Guided Learning Hours, and the Total Qualification Time is 420 hours.
Entry Requirements
The minimum age for this qualification is 16 and its recommended that the learner has basic literacy and numeracy skills.
What You Will Learn
Learners will be able to build a plethora of skills that will be effective in their chosen career. You will leave the course with the understanding of what effective customer service is. The various methods of communication most effective for dealing with customers and supporting the customer environment and experience.
How You Will Be Assessed
Learners will be assessed thought out the duration of the qualification. This will be done through creating a portfolio, this portfolio will show evidence of the knowledge and skills gained from the course.

Once completing this course, you will be fully prepared to take the next step by working in a Customer Service roll.
