The minimum age for this qualification is 14 years old. It is also recommended that where applicable learners are assessed before taking the qualification to ensure they have a fair opportunity to complete the qualification.

Learners will be assessed thought out the duration of the qualification. This will be done through course work and other tasks whilst creating a portfolio. This portfolio will show evidence of the knowledge and skills gained from the course.

Once completing this course, you will be fully prepared to take the next step by working in a Customer Service roll. You could also proceed in education and complete the Customer Service level 2 qualification or even the Customer Service apprenticeship.
