How Long Is the Course?
For this completion of this course the qualifying hours are 450 hours, of which, 229 hours are recommended as guided learning hours.
The minimum age for this qualification is 16 years old and it’s recommended that learners have at least the minimum of Level 1 in literacy and numeracy.
What You Will Learn
Learners will a variety of skills that will be effective in their chosen career. You will leave the course with the ability to understand the principles of business administration. How to communicate efficiently in the business environment, managing personal performance and development. Administering the recruitment and selection process and contributing to the development and implementation of an information system.
How You Will Be Assessed
Learners will be assessed thought out the duration of the qualification. This will be done through creating a portfolio. This portfolio will show evidence of the knowledge and skills gained from the course.

Once completing this course, you will be fully prepared to take the next step by working in a business and administration roll. You could also proceed in education and complete Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration (RQF), Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service (RQF), Highfield Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service (RQF).
