The total qualification time for this qualification is 90 hours and 54 hours of this are recommended as guided learning hours.
The approved age for this qualification is 19 + it is advised that learners already hold a level 2 qualification.
What You Will Learn
Topics covered within this qualification are how to develop a constructive working relationship with colleagues. Being able to promote equality, diversity, and inclusion throughout the workplace. Being able to deal with conflict whilst also still promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion. How to manage both personal performance and development. Communicating work related information and contributing to team meetings in a business environment.
How You Will Be Assessed
Learners will be assessed thought out the duration of the qualification. This will be done through creating a portfolio. This portfolio will show evidence of the knowledge and skills gained from the course.
