How Long Is the Course?

The total qualification time for this qualification is 15 hours and of this 12 are recommended as guided learning hours (GLH).

Entry Requirements

The approved age for this qualification is 16 + it is advised that learners already have a Level 2 in Literacy first before enrolling.

What You Will Learn

Topics covered within this qualification efficient delivery of training, how to help leaners develop their planning, preparation, and delivery skills. This includes time management and questioning techniques as well as various delivery methods.

How You Will Be Assessed

Learners will be assessed via a practical assessment and a self-evaluation report. Learners will also need to deliver 1 or 2 micro-teaching sessions equating to 20 to 30 minutes practically demonstrating their delivery.

What Can You Do Next?

Once completing this course, the learner could progress with continued learning at a higher education level. Such as Level 3 Award in Education and Training (RQF), Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training (RQF), Level 3 Award in Understanding the Principles and Practices of Assessment (RQF).
