How Long Is the Course?
The total qualification time is 580 hours, of which, a minimum of 282 are recommended as guided learning hours (depending on units selected).
The minimum age for this qualification is 16 years old and it’s recommended that learners have at least basic literacy and numeracy skills.
What You Will Learn
Learners will learn a variety of skills that will be effective in their chosen career. You will leave the course with the ability to understand the principles of business communications. How to contribute to the improvement of the performance of the business, managing personal and professional development. Administering parking and traffic challenges, representations, and civil parking appeals. You will also learn how to prepare text from recorded audio instruction.
How You Will Be Assessed
Learners will be assessed thought out the duration of the qualification. This will be done through creating a portfolio. This portfolio will show evidence of the knowledge and skills gained from the course.
What Can You Do Next?
Once completing this course, you will be fully prepared to take the next step by working in a business and administration roll. You could also proceed in education and complete Highfield Level 3 Diploma in Management (RQF) or Level 4 qualifications in Management.
