Who Is This Course For?
This course has been aimed at learners working in senior business role such as assistant managers, senior supervisors and those working various other management positions. Its aim is to develop the knowledge and understanding across a vast range of various administrative practices such as managing information. It forms the knowledge and competency elements of the Advanced Management Apprenticeship and supports delivery of the Team Leader/Supervisor apprenticeship standard. It can also be taken on a standalone basis.

How Long Is the Course?
To complete this qualification learners should expect to undertake 550 hours of learning, of which 284 is guided learning hours.
Entry Requirements
The approved age for this qualification is 16 + it is also recommended that any learner should have at least Level 2 in literacy and numeracy before enrolling into the course.
What You Will Learn
Topics covered within this qualification are how to develop a constructive working relationship with colleagues. Being able to promote equality, diversity, and inclusion throughout the workplace. Being able to deal with conflict whilst also still promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion. How to manage both personal performance and development. Communicating work related information and contributing to team meetings in a business environment.
How You Will Be Assessed
Learners will be assessed thought out the duration of the qualification. This will be done through creating a portfolio. This portfolio will show evidence of the knowledge and skills gained from the course.
What Can You Do Next?
Once completing this course, the learner could progress with continued learning at a higher education level. These could be Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, Qualifications in coaching and mentoring.
